Nina graduated in 1980 with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics and during the first eleven years of her career, provided a comprehensive range of computer services to both internal and external customers.
Commencing as an analyst/programmer, Nina progressed through systems management to implementation of information technology into business. In addition to teaching staff how to use system facilities, Nina identified and developed new procedures for the changes in working practices that would result, and trained personnel to prepare them for the transition.
Nina broadened her skills and knowledge of business practices and administration by qualifying as a Chartered Secretary in 1995. This has been put into practice providing administration services to client companies and as Company Secretary of Support Shop Ltd.
Throughout her career, Nina has been involved in managing projects and implementing quality management systems.

Development and production of ISO9000 system documentation for a company supplying and maintaining character recognition equipment.
Implementation of a management information system into a third party computer maintenance company, over a two year period. The system and related work procedures formed the basis of the company's ISO9000 quality management system.
